Super Powers

Okay so I began think about what the next poll should be and I decided that I should be about super powers.  So I’ve come up with seven oftenly seen super powers and would like to know which one would you choose, if you could have one bestowed upon you.  After you vote feel free to comment and mention one that may not have been listed.

The follow list contains things you may or may not know about me.

  1. I became a Christian on February 11, 2006.
  2. I am married to the most beautiful woman in the world.
  3. I enjoy video-editing.
  4. I never thought I would be a teacher.
  5. I promised myself at age 17 never to own a red truck.
  6. I have never have gotten a ticket, even though I should have.
  7. I grew up in the city by the bay.
  8. I’ve broken my arm repelling (off my bunk bed, I was 5).
  9. I’ve also broken my wrist and ankle
  10. “All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth” has more meaning to me than most people.
  11. I am not right handed.
  12. If I could be a movie character, I would be Jason Bourne.
  13. For my 18th birthday I got my wisdom teeth taken out.
  14. I love to cook.
  15. I hate doing laundry.
  16. I have been a counselor at Camp Ironwood for one summer; and worked two other summers in their Leadership Institute Program.
  17. I would consider myself a “jack of all trades master of none.”
  18. I worked at McDonalds for 3 months and hated it, unlike my brother who enjoyed it.
  19. I have a BA in Missions from Pacific Baptist College.
  20. I graduated 7th in my class in High School with a 3.77 (there were only 14 people total in my class).
  21. I enjoy drinking coffee, and am doing so right now.
  22. I rented a Mustang Convertible for my honeymoon.
  23. Mario Karts is my favorite Wii game.

  27. I am a fan of the Houston Texans although I’ve only watched a handful of games.

Creamy Ranch Breaded Chicken Pasta

So I pulled out some chicken this morning not knowing what I wanted to cook with it later on tonight. At 6:00 pm, I pulled out some ingredients and started to cook and this is what I came up with. Now here is the recipe available to you for your eating pleasure.

“Creamy Ranch Breaded Chicken Pasta”

2 – Chicken Breast (Boneless Skinless) cut to bit size pieces
1 – Package of Noodles (Recommended: Rigatoni, Sea Shell, Bow Tie, or similar)
2 – Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1/2 – Cup Ranch Salad Dressing
1/4 – Cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 – Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Mild)
1/4 – Teaspoon of Garlic Salt (Lawry’s)
1/4 – Teaspoon of Basil
1/4 – Teaspoon of Chili Powder

In a skillet, grill the chicken in the olive oil, season with garlic, basil, and chili powder. In a medium to large sauce pan boil the pasta. Once the chicken and pasta are fully cooked combine and stir in the ranch, bread crumbs and cheese. Serve and enjoy! Serves 3 to 4.

So if you look to the sidebar you will see a new feature to my site. Polls. I thought I might want to try something new to add to unlinked media and this seemed like a good idea. You will also see a new page at the top called “Questions” this will be the place were the results of the polls will be posted after the poll has been closed.
