Since I am no longer living in CA, when people find out I am from CA, they always are like, “there’s earthquakes there!” I always try to explain to them that earthquakes are fun and I would rather have an earthquake than a tornado any day. They normally don’t get it.

FYI: it is 103 years and 5 days since the large 7.8 magnitude earthquake which stuck San Francisco in 1906.
