The End Of The Seven
I have now gone a straight 7 days without coffee, 6 of those without caffeine. Total damage, none some people were amazed that I had had no withdrawal headaches when I told them how often I actually drank coffee. Tim you were a little bit right. I woke up about 2:30 this morning and was dreaming about coffee, not craving it just dreaming about it. So to an extent Tim, you may have been right (no pun intended) but if that was the only side effect of no coffee, I'm okay with that. I got up around 9:00 am and had two cups of coffee. Welcome back joe.
Hold nothing back...

The goals and challenge was to go seven days without any coffee, I did seven days without coffee. I even passed up a coffee flavor candy just to stay above the bar. So don’t pull this you should go two. I proved you wrong, and I’m going back to coffee. That is that.

the whole point was you are addicted to coffee.
perhaps not as addicted as some considering no major side effects for a week.
but a real non addict would be able to “stop at any time” for any length of time.

I say that it’s Christmas time and you should indulge. Forget those ppl who say you are addicted, bc obviously you passed the test rather well! I really like eating three meals a day, but nobody seems to think that is an addiction. I say that just because you like coffee does not mean you are addicted to it. So there! lol
